4C2 is seeking an Apprentice to support craft workers across construction projects in San Antonio, TX. You will assist with installations, repairs, maintenance, and inspections while learning trade-specific skills on active job sites.

Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, tool setup, and operating basic equipment under supervision. A valid apprentice license and willingness to travel may be required; safety is emphasized throughout training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; plus a valid apprentice license if required by state.
• Understanding of traditional building materials, practices and techniques.
• Mechanical, mathematical and technical skills for construction work.
• Willingness to maintain required tool inventory and travel as needed.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
• Willingness to work overtime and non-standard schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist craft workers with basic physical tasks on jobsites.
• Help with installs, repairs, maintenance and inspections as directed.
• Prepare and clean construction sites and gather materials.
• Transport tools and equipment to the work area and read plans.
• Operate or assist with hand and power tools; maintain safety at heights and in confined spaces.
• Drive to various job sites if required and maintain a valid license.
