• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs

Responsibilities

• Gather tools and supplies to be used at the work site
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
• Trace out short circuits in wiring
• Assist lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep supplies in order
• Clean work area, dispose scrap and excess materials
• Assist pulling wire, lifting, hoisting and positioning materials
• May operate hand tools and equipment under direct supervision
• Assist in mounting and strapping conduit
• Assist senior personnel in electrical installations, connections, and terminations
