Job summary

You will read drawings, handle tools, manage cables, troubleshoot under supervision, follow safety protocols, maintain documentation, and progress through an apprenticeship program while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Enrolled in an Electrical Apprenticeship program or comparable.
• Candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience in electrical construction.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Handle hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in wiring and cable management per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision and perform repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain documentation of materials, work performed, and changes.
• Continuously learn and develop skills through training and on-the-job practice.
• Collaborate with electricians, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
