Qualifications

• Apprentice license: active Texas Apprentice License through TDLR.
• Current driver’s license or state ID.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years of experience required.
• Must have basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in securing, relocating and organizing materials and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and dispose of scrap and excess materials.
• Keep materials and tools organized and ready.
• Assist in pulling wire, lifting, hoisting and positioning materials.
• Operate less complicated hand tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches with hand tools.
• Assist in mounting and strapping.
• Support senior electricians on installations under supervision.
• Perform other project duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet attendance standards and follow notification procedures.
• DO NOT work on energized circuits or equipment.
