Viking Electric is seeking an Account Representative in Rochester, MN. You will partner with Field Account Managers to grow volume and profitability by promoting Viking Electric's products and services to assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include quoting, pricing, source product efficiently, and maintaining customer records to close orders. The role emphasizes proactive outreach and collaborative teamwork in a daytime, Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to secure orders; negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Solicit new business from assigned accounts and promote Viking Electric’s services and products.
• Collaborate with Field Account Manager/Key Account Managers to develop growth strategies for accounts.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to process orders accurately and efficiently; share customer info for consistent service.
