Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in permitting or utility infrastructure roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to a team of permitting specialists.
• Oversee daily permitting operations and schedule management.
• Coordinate ROW, easements, road crossings, and other permits.
• Review permit drawings, maps, and supporting docs using AutoCAD and GIS.
• Monitor permit applications and communicate updates to teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.
