Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Lineworker Training program OR prior demonstrated linework experience.
• 4+ years demonstrated linework experience required for Apprentice 4th Year.
• 3+ years demonstrated linework experience required for Apprentice 3rd Year.
• 2+ years demonstrated linework experience required for Apprentice 2nd Year.
• Completion of an accredited Lineworker Training program OR prior demonstrated linework experience required for Apprentice 1st Year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high and low voltage line work involved in construction and maintenance of electric transmission and distribution systems.
• Assist in erecting and maintaining towers and street lighting equipment.
• Prepare reports and records related to job activities.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
