Job summary

Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead from the front on residential jobs in South Florida. You will coach field electricians, run service calls, ensure code compliance, and deliver top-tier customer experiences.

You'll supervise 3–6 technicians, manage safety, training, and ongoing development, while collaborating with dispatch, sales, and operations to drive revenue and service quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of field electricians on residential projects.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor field staff for safety and quality.
• Strong knowledge of NEC code, permitting processes, and on-site best practices.

Responsibilities

• Run service calls and generate revenue through high-quality residential electrical work.
• Supervise and support a team of field electricians (typically 3–6 techs).
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching on technical skills and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to electrical code, safety standards, and job site best practices.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff.
• Help resolve escalated customer issues or job complications with professionalism and care.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch, sales, and operations teams.
• Monitor job quality, efficiency, and performance metrics to help drive improvements.
• Support inventory tracking, vehicle inspections, and tool compliance.

Electrical Field Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Run service calls and generate revenue through high-quality residential electrical work


• Supervise and support a team of field electricians (typically 3–6 techs)

Electrical Field Supervisor Qualifications:

• Valid State Electrical License ( Journeyman or Master preferred)


• Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience


• Prior experience leading or mentoring junior electricians strongly preferred


• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, NEC code, and permitting processes


• Excellent customer communication and job-site professionalism


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support field operations


• Comfortable using service software, tablets, and job management tools
