CoolToday is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead the electrical team through project from start to finish, including installation of whole home generators and panels. You will manage contracts, ensure quality and compliance with NEC codes, and identify training opportunities for staff.

The role offers market value compensation, annual bonus plan, robust PTO and a 401K with company match up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Nextstar trained on service system.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and residential electrical including high voltage.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Familiarity with state electrical and safety (NEC) codes.
• Experience working with inspectors to finalize permit requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail orientated with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Clean background and MVD record.
• Willingness to travel from Sarasota to Naples.

Responsibilities

• Review, read and interpret design schematics to ensure proper installation of electrical systems.
• Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
• Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
• Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
• Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Managing electrical material and tool/equipment inventory.
• Managing productivity, overtime and material costs.
