Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Supervisor of Field Engineering to direct and mentor design teams responsible for large distribution projects and associated infrastructure. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years in electric distribution, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or engineering technology; ABET preferred.
• Minimum five years of related technical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel MA/CT/NH as required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field engineering designers, assign work and prioritize tasks.
• Develop cost-effective engineering designs and prepare work orders.
• Coach and mentor staff; ensure safety and environmental responsibilities.
• Collaborate across departments and with contractors on projects.
• Support storm response and emergency restoration assignments.
