Qualifications

• Current student, Sophomore or higher.
• Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week) / part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) in-person per hybrid policy.

Responsibilities

• Research and write white papers on equipment with detailed technical information (operations, materials, standards, size).
• Analyze current equipment for equivalent materials compared to incumbents.
• Assist Xcel Energy engineers with Design and Construction Manual development.
• Assist Xcel Energy engineers with faulty material analysis and solution research.
