Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Field Supervisor-Lines in New Hampshire to oversee underground and overhead electric distribution line crews. You will supervise installation, maintenance, and repairs, manage equipment and records, and lead safety-focused field work across multiple sites.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years as a Line-worker I, CDL Class A with endor., and ability to travel across MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and safety rules.
• Requires standing/working at height, lifting, and driving.
• Must be able to obtain certification as rubber glove 34.5 kV.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line crews for installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee equipment, materials, and record-keeping responsibilities.
• Train and mentor Line-workers to ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate work assignments and monitor performance.
• Respond to emergencies and manage standby duties.
