• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office apps.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to field locations.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in electric utility distribution, field operations, and familiarity with asset management systems like Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and coordination of electric distribution service projects.
• Gather and validate project information from customers, contractors, electricians, and field personnel.
• Utilize design tools and spreadsheets to determine requirements, equipment sizing, and material needs.
• Perform field visits to assess site conditions and support project development.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation and system data in company applications.
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication while addressing service-related questions.
