The Middlesex County Board of Elections seeks a Deputy Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations, including equipment preparation, maintenance, security, deployment, retrieval, and inventory of election equipment and supplies. This is a working supervisory role requiring hands-on participation during elections.

The position reports to the Board Administrator and Warehouse Supervisor with varied hours, including evenings and weekends during election

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, supervisory, or lead roles preferred.
• Experience with election equipment or election administration is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and monitoring daily warehouse work.
• Help prepare, test, and repair election equipment.
• Coordinate deployment and retrieval of voting machines and electronic poll books.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure procedures and safety requirements are followed.
