Job summary

The Middlesex County Board of Elections is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, inventory, and security of voting equipment and election supplies across the county warehouse.

This role reports to the Board Administrator, supervises staff, coordinates deployment for Early Voting and Election Day, and ensures compliance with federal and New Jersey election requirements while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory/warehouse or election operations experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to lift 30–60 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to meet election timelines.
• Coordinate staffing and assign daily tasks.
• Oversee testing, maintenance, and storage of voting equipment.
• Manage deployment and retrieval of election materials.
• Ensure security and accountability of equipment and supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff.
• Attend required trainings and work extended hours during elections.
