Job summary

Maricopa County is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of election equipment and materials to Vote Center sites across the county.

The role oversees inventory management, warehousing operations, and internal distribution at MCTEC and the Recorder's Office. Candidates should have 4+ years in material handling and a high school diploma, with forklift and safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of material handling and inventory control experience in a warehouse or commercial operation.
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and pickup of election materials and equipment to various sites.
• Plan and manage all warehouse operations including inventory control and workflow coordination.
• Supervise daily activities, train staff, and manage performance through communication and documentation.
• Contribute to development and oversight of the warehouse operating budget.
• Inspect facilities and initiate maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations.
