The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (MCRO) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute the delivery of election equipment and materials to Vote Center sites across Maricopa County. The role oversees inventory, warehousing operations, and internal distribution at MCRO facilities.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing safety protocols, managing the warehouse budget, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and related laws.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of election equipment, supplies, and materials to Vote Center sites across Maricopa County. This role oversees all aspects of inventory management, warehousing operations, and the internal distribution of materials within the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) and the Recorder’s Office. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure deployment of election resources to support successful elections.
The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents. Our office serves over 2.5 million registered voters as well as 4.4 million residents across Maricopa County.
