Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in mailroom, courier, logistics, or warehouse preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of election materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends during election periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, sort, and deliver election mail, ballots, and official correspondence.
• Transport sensitive election materials between offices, polling locations, and drop-off sites.
• Maintain chain-of-custody procedures for ballots and confidential documents.
• Verify, log, and obtain signatures for deliveries and pickups as required.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing election supplies and equipment.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, copiers, and labeling machines.
• Ensure all mail and packages are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Report delivery discrepancies, damaged materials, or security concerns to management.
