Responsibilities

• Verify, log, and obtain signatures for deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing election supplies and equipment.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, copiers, and labeling machines.
• Ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery of mail and packages.
• Report discrepancies, damaged materials, or security concerns to management.
• Maintain records of courier routes, deliveries, and inventory movement.
• Follow election policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
