Lubbock County is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage all phases of election equipment handling. You will oversee storage, testing, preparation, delivery, and return of equipment across the election cycle.

Responsibilities include inventory control, maintaining ADA compliance for polling sites, and providing on-site support and training to staff. A valid Texas driver’s license and ability to obtain required certifications are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of elections or warehouse-related experience.
• Ability to obtain certification in election equipment functionality and software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares all equipment for use during an election.
• Maintains an inventory program for equipment, supplies and forms.
• Travels to election sites to deliver, setup, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provides on-site support to election workers during voting periods.
• Performs routine maintenance and tracks equipment repairs.
