Job summary

Team Carney seeks a digital innovator to lead the design of interactive, technology-driven distance learning modules for the FDA workforce. You will turn complex content into engaging e-learning using authoring tools, video, and simulations, with accessibility and LMS integration at the forefront.

The role is remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of online course development experience are required.

• Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with SCORM/AICC compliance and integrating content into federal LMS platforms.
• Background in video/multimedia presentation and distance learning methodologies.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
