Job summary

Labcorp in Durham, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategy Intern for an 11-week, paid internship with a hybrid schedule. The role supports employer branding, analytics, and process improvement within Talent Acquisition.

You’ll work with HR leaders to develop stories, review trends, and assist with data reporting, KPI tracking, and project outcomes.

This program offers mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and an anchor project on Employee Value Proposition activation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Must participate in the full 11-week internship from June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to organize information and translate content into clear resources.

Responsibilities

• Support activation of Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition across priority recruitment channels.
• Develop employee stories and employer brand content.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition data analysis, KPI reporting, and data gap identification.
• Prepare and present project outcomes to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.
