The Gasper Law Group PLLC in Colorado Springs seeks an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Colorado to join our Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Division. Our attorneys handle probate, elder law, and related litigation, with opportunities to develop expertise while working a flexible hybrid schedule.

Requirements include Colorado licensure (or imminent admission); a minimum annual billable requirement; and potential for bonuses for successful hires.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado or pending admission.
• Prior experience in elder law, probate, or estate planning preferred.
• Bi-lingual applicants receive priority.

Responsibilities

• Handle an assigned caseload of probate and estate planning matters, including litigation.
• Develop expertise in probate, elder law and related litigation.
• Independently manage cases from hire through conclusion, with initial training provided.
