Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Colorado bar license in good standing
• 2–5 years of probate, elder law, estate planning, or litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in probate, elder law, and related litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal and factual issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Develop case strategies and assist with discovery, negotiation, mediation, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients throughout their matters
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members
