Job summary

Legal Services of North Florida seeks an attorney to lead the Elder Stability Legal Project, delivering broad civil legal services to older adults, including estate planning, wills and powers of attorney, public benefits, housing stability, and other elder law matters.

You'll expand access through community education, clinics, and partnerships, while training and mentoring staff to strengthen the program-wide elder law practice.

Qualifications

• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
• Preference given to candidates with public interest or legal aid experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort interacting with clients and advocating.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Elder Stability Legal Project and provide elder law services.
• Offer estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, public benefits, and housing stability guidance.
• Expand access through community education, clinics, and partnerships.
