Qualifications
- Applicants should be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing, with preference given to candidates with public-interest or legal aid experience.
- Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and have a desire to advocate.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Elder Stability Legal Project and provide a broad range of civil legal services to older adults.
- Expand access to legal services through community education, legal clinics, and partnerships.
- Provide training and mentorship to other LSNF staff members to strengthen the elder law practice.
- Collaborate with civil litigation and administrative law teams to strategize and advocate for clients.
