Legal Services of North Florida seeks an Attorney (Elder Law) to lead the Elder Stability Legal Project, delivering civil legal services to older adults. The role includes estate planning, wills and powers of attorney, public benefits, housing stability, and related elder law matters, with a focus on access to justice.

You will educate the community, run legal clinics, and partner with organizations while mentoring other staff to strengthen the elder law program.

Qualifikationen

• Florida Bar in good standing required.
• Public interest or legal aid experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients.
