Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of Plaintiff litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience handling Elder Abuse, Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Injury, or complex civil litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of California Code of Civil Procedure and litigation deadlines.
• Experience reviewing and organizing large volumes of medical records.
• Experience drafting discovery and litigation documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value litigation matters simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Case Management from inception through trial.
• Manage complete case files and calendars, deadlines, and schedules.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records; prepare chronologies.
• Draft discovery requests and responses; handle subpoenas and deposits.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial documents; assist during trial.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other experts for investigations and trial prep.
