Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. in West Hollywood, CA is seeking an experienced Elder Abuse Litigation Paralegal to support its plaintiff-side team from intake through trial.

The role requires coordinating with attorneys, managing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. You bring at least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, familiarity with California procedures and e-filing, and a willingness to work closely with providers, experts and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with elder abuse, medical negligence, wrongful death or personal injury preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
