Responsibilities

• Obtain, organize, review, and summarize medical records.
• Prepare detailed medical chronologies and treatment summaries.
• Coordinate with medical and nursing experts and life care planners.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses.
• Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Prepare exhibit binders and trial notebooks.
• Coordinate service of process and court filings.
• Track discovery deadlines and ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain client communication throughout the litigation process.
