Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced Elder Abuse Litigation Paralegal in Beverly Hills, CA. This on-site, direct-hire role supports complex plaintiff-side cases from intake through trial, handling discovery, medical records, and filing requirements with meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong discovery, calendaring, and case management skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and facility records.
• Experience with deposition transcripts and litigation documents.
• Knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced plaintiff-side environment.
• Experience with elder abuse, nursing home neglect or related cases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with elder abuse and neglect litigation from intake through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and demand packages.
• Review and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts.
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case milestones.
• Communicate with clients and families to gather records and updates.
• Coordinate with medical providers, expert witnesses, vendors, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare mediation packages, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
• Assist with trial subpoenas and courtroom preparation.
• Handle California court filings and e-filing.
• Work with attorneys and staff to keep cases organized and trial-ready.
