Job summary

Bennett Family of Companies is seeking an ELD Support Specialist III to render frontline assistance to drivers and terminal staff. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of ELDs and dash cams across the Bennett fleet.

You will monitor device connectivity daily, maintain driver and vehicle profiles in KeepTruckin and Samsara, manage manufacturer returns, and collaborate with the Hours-of-Service Compliance Manager for instruction and escalation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Prior tech support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide driver and terminal support for ELD and Dash Cam issues.
• Daily monitoring of ELD connectivity and functionality.
• Daily monitoring of Dash Cameras connectivity and functionality.
• Maintain driver and vehicle profiles in KeepTruckin and Samsara.
• Support the ELD Support Specialist II as needed.
• Handle equipment manufacturer returns.
• Coordinate tasks with Hours-of-Service Compliance Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by manager.

Position Summary:Individual will render support to all drivers and terminal personnel regarding issues with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and Dash Cams issued to the drivers of the Bennett Family of Companies. Responsible for monitoring the connection and functionality of all ELDs and Dash Cameras currently deployed in vehicles contracted to any one of the Bennett Family of Companies. Responsible for all equipment manufacturer returns. Maintenance of all driverand vehicle profiles within the KeepTruckin and Samsara web portals.
