Responsibilities

• Driver and terminal facing ELD and Dash Camera support.
• Daily monitoring of all ELD equipment for connectivity and functionality.
• Daily monitoring of all Dash Cameras for connectivity and functionality.
• Maintenance of driver and vehicle profiles.
• KeepTruckin Group Maintenance
• Manufacturer returns for defective equipment.
• Support of the ELD Support Specialist II as needed.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Hours-of-Service Compliance Manager.
