Qualifications

• OSHA 30 is required; OSHA 500/501/510/511 are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HSE experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of hazard and risk assessment processes.
• Ability to apply HSE statutes and company HSE standards.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets construction regulations resources for contractors and employees.
• Communicates company policies and procedures to contractors and employees.
• Investigates incidents and injuries, determines root causes, and documents corrective actions.
• Ensures site compliance with regulations; conducts risk assessments and inspections with corrective measures.
• Analyzes HSE performance to identify trends and mitigation actions.
• Coordinates with contractors to ensure delivery of project safety plans and standards.
• Ensures health and welfare provisions meet government standards.
