Job summary

Elevation Church is seeking a campus eKidz leader to guide the ministry with excellence, overseeing worship experiences and volunteer teams across Babies, Preschool, Elementary, and dedications.

You will partner with campus leaders to implement systems, develop volunteers, and ensure the eKidz program reflects our mission to reach families with the Gospel. A strong communicator and team player with a heart for NextGen ministry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all eKidz worship experiences are executed with excellence.
• Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and eKidz ministry.
• Care for, develop, and oversee all eKidz volunteer teams and functions, including Host Services, Babies, Preschool, Elementary, child baptisms, and dedications.
• Identify opportunities to regularly integrate eKidz into every aspect of the church.
• Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)

DAY-TO-DAY

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
