Embrace Church in Sioux Falls is seeking a dedicated individual to co-lead and coordinate Sunday morning eKids programming for births through 5th grade. You will recruit and train volunteers, plan weekly content, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for families and children.
You will collaborate with campus teams, communicate with families throughout the week, and participate in staff meetings while teaching when needed. A heart for Jesus and kids is essential.
The heartbeat of our church is to relentlessly reach the next person for Jesus. The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus. That 5% would be 12,500 people for Jesus!
Co-lead and coordinate all aspects of Sunday morning eKids programming (birth-5th grade).

Co-lead and coordinate all aspects of Sunday morning eKids programming (birth-5th grade).
Recruit, train, schedule, and care for a growing team of volunteers.
Plan Sunday content and activities using curriculum resources and communicate this to volunteers.
Build relationships with eKids families, providing care and communication both on Sundays and throughout the week.
Maintain volunteer records, ensuring background checks and safety standards are up-to-date.
Create and maintain safe, engaging environments for kids to learn about Jesus.
Strategize, plan and execute special events.
Step in to teach and support eKids age specific rooms where needed on Sunday mornings.
Collaborate with eKids staff across campuses to provide a consistent and excellent experience.
Participate in weekly staff, campus, and team meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
