Job summary

Embrace Church in Sioux Falls seeks a ministry leader to implement and execute campus ministry strategy under the Campus Pastor. You will lead volunteers, recruit and equip small group leaders, and ensure a high-quality guest and group experience across Sundays and midweek gatherings.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, team leadership, and a heart for reaching people for Jesus within a multi-campus church family.

Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy.

Responsibilities

Communicate the vision & values of Embrace.

Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy.

Lead volunteers in order to develop leaders and multiply volunteers.

Find, recruit and equip small group leaders.

Responsible for an excellent small group experience for attenders from the time they sign up through participating in a group.

Help to ensure excellence of environments on Sunday mornings and during the week.

Other duties as assigned.
