Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in civil design - site, commercial, and/or residential design.
• Tennessee EI/EIT or ability to achieve by reciprocity.
• Experience with middle Tennessee jurisdiction entitlement and zoning.

Responsibilities

• Assist a Project Manager in producing project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Develop feasible design alternatives and compare significant parameters.
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare documents.
