Overview: EIB - Workday Integration Lead - Associate Principal - Business Solutions Analyst (Remote)

• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
• Oversee integration delivery.
• Manage the integration development process.

Primary Function

Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, understanding business and industry requirements. Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing. Responsible for prototypes, functional specifications, data and function mapping, configuration tables, and transaction/control tables. Understand business processes to analyze requirements and develop solutions. Identify and resolve gaps in business processes. Involved in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, migration, and reconciliation. May assist in installation, tuning, modifications, and data archiving. Light programming skills in relevant languages are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12 years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
• Other: Three years leading the design, build, and implementation of integrations between Workday and other systems; five years supporting Workday in IT; experience implementing Workday in healthcare; preferred ten years in IT; preferred Workday certifications in Pro Integrations Administration and/or Pro Studio.
