Overview: EIB - Workday Integration Lead - Associate Principal - Business Solutions Analyst (Remote)

The Workday Integrations Lead will:

1. Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
2. Oversee integration delivery.
3. Manage the integration development process.

Primary Functions: Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of business and industry requirements. Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing. Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting configuration tables, and transaction/control tables. Have a thorough understanding of business processes and flows to analyze requirements and develop solutions. Responsible for identifying and resolving gaps in business processes. May be involved in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation. May also involve installation, tuning of modifications, and data archiving. This position requires light programming skills in appropriate languages for developing workarounds.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience leading the design, build, and implementation of integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Five years of overall experience supporting Workday within IT.
• Experience implementing Workday within healthcare organizations.
• Preferred: 10 years of experience within IT.
• Preferred: Workday Certifications such as Workday Pro Integrations Administration and/or Workday Pro Studio.
