The Workday Integrations Lead will:
Primary Functions: Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of business and industry requirements. Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing. Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting configuration tables, and transaction/control tables. Have a thorough understanding of business processes and flows to analyze requirements and develop solutions. Responsible for identifying and resolving gaps in business processes. May be involved in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation. May also involve installation, tuning of modifications, and data archiving. This position requires light programming skills in appropriate languages for developing workarounds.
