Length: 6 months

Hours: ~25 a week

Location: Remote

The Workday CCTPP Integration Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This role requires hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, a deep understanding of integration frameworks, and the ability to manage complex projects while guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with various business and technical teams to implement and enhance Workday Core Integrations.
• Lead the deployment of Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits to support streamlined benefits administration.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll to ensure efficient payroll integration and compliance.
• Develop and troubleshoot advanced integration solutions using Workday Studio.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Workday integration projects—from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain integrations using Workday technologies including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external payroll providers, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all integration processes adhere to organizational standards for data security, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide architectural insights to improve the design and efficiency of payroll-related integrations.
• Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution related to CCTPP integrations.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members on integration best practices and Workday tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record leading integrations in large-scale Workday implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and third-party file exchange requirements (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Paychex).
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, XML/XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Workday Integration and/or Studio certification is highly desirable.
