Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior EHS leader to design and scale company-wide environmental health and safety standards. You will architect long-term roadmaps, drive cross-functional efficiency, and implement automated solutions to modernize workflows.

You will deliver data-driven insights to executives and guide risk ownership across all business units. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of EHS experience, strong leadership, and experience integrating ERP systems with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant EHS experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with complex data sets and KPIs/KRIs for decision-making.
• Familiarity with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
• Budget management and finding cost-saving automation opportunities.

• Modernize EHS training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
• Experience leading complex, enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives or organizational change management projects
• Demonstrated experience working with complex data sets, identifying trends, and implementing KPIs or KRIs to drive business decisions
• Familiarity with integrating systems into ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for predictive modeling
• Experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings through automation
