Job summary

Hyve Solutions, part of TD SYNNEX, seeks an experienced Manager, EHS to oversee environmental, health and safety compliance across facilities in the United States. You will develop and implement EHS policies, train staff and coordinate with regulators.

The role requires 8+ years EHS, leadership, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA. You will lead investigations, manage hazardous waste, and mentor the EHS team, ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years EHS experience, with at least 3 in a management or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience creating and maintaining safety training programs and policies.
• Proven ability to drive safety initiatives across locations or departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, acting as primary contact with regulatory agencies.
• Develop and manage training programs related to hazardous material handling, emergency response, and general safety best practices.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Administer the workers’ compensation program in partnership with HR, identifying trends and preventive measures.
• Supervise hazardous and radioactive waste disposal processes, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate EHS team members to maintain a high-performance safety culture.
