Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an EHS/HR support professional to provide technical and administrative assistance with a focus on preventing injuries, illnesses, and environmental releases. The role requires clear communication with frontline employees, supervisors, and site management.

Responsibilities include creating and updating EHS policies, maintaining records, supporting audits, and assisting with wastewater/stormwater sampling.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct classroom training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding, or the ability to learn, basic chemical safety and engineering practices.
• Ability to work independently including planning training events on off-shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide training support to EHS/HR with focus on safety and environmental compliance.
• Update and write EHS policies and programs including Emergency Plan and Hazard Communications.
• Compile, input and track EHS data, OSHA logs, and incident reports; support audits and corrective actions.
• Assist with wastewater and stormwater sampling; perform safety inspections and drive hazard identification.
