Modine, a global leader in thermal management solutions, seeks an experienced EH&S professional to lead environmental and safety programs across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on OSHA/EPA compliance, program development, and fostering a strong safety culture.

Travel is required approx. 5-10%. Ideal candidates have a strong background in industrial environments and applicable certifications. Modine offers substantial benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Environmental and/or Health & Safety fields plus 3–7 years experience, or a Masters with 1–3 years experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and business integration.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate EH&S issues with governmental agencies and management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and internal EH&S policies.
• Follow regulatory developments and implement compliant programs.
• Lead and guide management in EH&S improvements.
• Provide EH&S training and communicate issues effectively.
• Promote a Behavior-Based Safety culture to reduce at-risk behavior.
• Provide EH&S expertise related to manufacturing processes to minimize waste.
