Job summary

Resource Professional Solutions seeks an experienced EHS Technician Trainer to support its Mobile Training Centre program on construction projects nationwide. You will travel to active sites, delivering hands-on safety training to craft professionals, supervisors, and project teams to make safety practical every day.

The role requires 7+ years in EHS or construction safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and proven training and coaching skills. Expect extensive U.S.

Qualifications

7+ years of EHS or technical training experience.
Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety.
Experience delivering safety training to field employees.
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Comfortable working directly with construction crews and leadership.
Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the U.S., typically Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging EHS training at construction projects throughout the U.S.
Lead classroom, hands-on, and scenario-based training.
Train employees on topics including: Electrical safety / NFPA 70E, LOTO, Fall protection, Confined space, PPE and hazard recognition, Critical risk management, Incident prevention and lessons learned.
Coach field employees and supervisors on safe work practices.
Partner with project leadership, EHS teams, and subject matter experts.
Help develop and continuously improve training programs and materials.
Maintain training records and required documentation.
