Job summary

CoorsTek in Golden, CO is seeking an EHS Technician to support the implementation and evaluation of environmental health and safety programs. The role focuses on minimizing EHS risks and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

You will assist with EHS training, audits, and incident investigations, help maintain the EHS Management System, and participate in plant inspections of equipment, processes, and waste streams to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Health and Safety Management System.
• Follow procedures to assess EHS issues and minimize impacts.
• Complete environmental reporting and coordinate inspections with agencies.
• Ensure proper waste disposal of all facility waste streams.
• Participate in plant inspections of fire and safety equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Identify and report safety concerns to management and staff.
