Job summary

POLYWOOD is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to build and manage safety systems, develop practical training, and lead program implementations. Based in Indiana, you will partner with site teams across IN and NC and report to the Director of EHS.

You will administer HSI and Paylocity Learning, translate requirements into usable procedures, and maintain audit-ready records. Initial priorities include stabilizing learning administration and rolling out select programs

Qualifications

• Two or more years of manufacturing safety, EHS program implementation or comparable experience.
• Experience implementing at least one high‑risk safety program (LOTO, confined space or contractor management).
• Experience administering an EHS or learning management system and generating useful reports.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear procedures and training materials; coordinate review with SMEs.
• Strong organizational, follow‑through, and cross‑location communication skills.

Responsibilities

• HSI system administration: maintain forms, workflows, templates, assignments, notifications and reports.
• Paylocity Learning: manage catalog, learning paths, records and reminders; develop procedures and training materials; coordinate reviews.
• Other compliance programs: manage DOT, elevator and pressure vessel requirements; track deficiencies and closures.
• Safety program ownership: Lockout/tagout—coordinate energy-control procedures and field verification; track approvals and training.
• Confined Space: maintain inventory, provide hazard evaluations, signage and entry procedures; coordinate training.
• Contractor management: administer platform, onboarding, documents, and site readiness; address gaps before work begins.
• Implementation and corrective actions: turn requirements into rollout plans; track overdue actions; support audits.
