POLYWOOD is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to manage safety systems, develop practical training, and lead safety program implementations. Based in Indiana, the role supports operations in Indiana and North Carolina and partners closely with site safety teams, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and IT.

Reporting to the Director of EHS, the EHS Coordinator serves as the business administrator for HSI and Paylocity Learning and owns defined programs, including

Competenze

• Two or more years in manufacturing safety or EHS program implementation.
• Experience implementing high‑risk safety programs (LOTO, confined space, contractor management).
• Experience administering EHS or learning management systems and generating reports.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into procedures and training.
• Strong organization and cross-location communication.
• Willingness to travel between IN & NC.

• Maintain HSI forms, workflows, and reports.
• Improve data quality and build incident/training dashboards.
• Coordinate vendor support and IT integrations.
• Maintain safety training catalog and learning paths.
• Develop procedures, job aids and training materials.
• Coordinate contractor management processes.
