Job summary

Walsworth seeks a Corporate EHS Specialist to guide environmental health and safety programs across all locations. You will collaborate with Operations to perform hazard assessments, investigations, corrective actions, and workers' compensation management.

Responsibilities include training development, documentation maintenance, and ensuring compliance with EHS policies, OSHA standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Occupational Health & Safety or related field required.
• 3+ years in Environmental, Health & Safety roles.
• Experience formulating and revising EHS policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and industry-specific safety practices.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across all Walsworth locations and ensure compliance.
• Conduct job hazard assessments and incident investigations.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and regulatory reporting.
• Develop training and orient new hires on EHS and DOT compliance.
• Maintain EHS documentation and prepare periodic regulatory reports.
